Location: Woodley Park Metro
Time: Evening Rush Hour (3:30pm-7:30pm)

I was on the escalator exiting the Woodley Park metro when a woman took me aside and told me a man behind me had used a mirror to look up my dress.

The incident occurred around 5:45pm on Thursday, September 13.
