DC Councilmember Grosso: One Step to Address Street Harassment is With Public Art

In December, following a Council hearing on street harassment, DC Councilmember Grosso sent a letter to the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities asking them to consider funding grants to artists to address the problem with public art. In January, the Commission’s executive director responded.
