It’s funny, I happen to come across this website today because I had a strange incident happen this morning on a jog. I red van with a heavy set male driver drove past me, twice, slowly. He kept glaring at me and mouthing words I could not hear. I gave him a stern look, both times. I thought it was odd and then to find this blog….thank you. I am new to DC and you reminded me I need to be aware of my surroundings all times of the day. I am also going to buy pepper spray.
