“watch it”

Feb 28, 2012 | Posted by User Submission |

I was walking down the sidewalk when a man coming towards me started walking diagonally to my side of the sidewalk and slammed into me. I had tried to avoid him…The sidewalk was not crowded…he was intent on slamming into me. When I said “watch it” he started following me, screaming that I was a f—— bitch and that he was going to lock me up. This was around 20th and Connecticut NW. A passerby said something to the effect that this was a common occurrence with this man. Yes, he was obviously mentally ill, but why should we have to put up with this? I didn’t even bother telling the police…he’d have to kill someone before they’d bother to look for him.
