I was riding the escalator while traveling home from work when I felt something touching my leg. I turned around and a man had his camera phone up my dress and was taking pictures. I startled him and he walked quickly up the escalator and then down the street.

I rentered the Metro station and reported the incident at the Metro Kiosk. The Metro employees quickly called the police and an officer came and reported the incident.
