One night last week, I was walking home from work and traffic was backed up on K Street. As I walked toward a car on the crosswork, the man in the car said “Mmm, I would like to taste that!” and licked his lips at me. I kept walking but I wish I had taken a picture of him and/or holla-ed back. Disgusting.
