My friend and I were spending time catching up and having snacks outside. We had been sitting on the benches for awhile, chatting. I heard a faint rustling behind us and saw a man out of the corner of my eye, leering at us, and MASTURBATING behind the bushes. I indicated to my friend that we should probably go inside. The man attempted to duck down as we stood up, and then ran away as fast as he could towards Connecticut Avenue. I wish I had gotten a picture but I was caught off guard by this pervert. He’s a middle aged white man in his fifties with strawberry blonde hair.
