“Hey baby”

Home My Streets, Too “Hey baby”

“Hey baby”

Jun 19, 2009 | Posted by User Submission |

I was walking back to work from Union Station when I pass a guy wearing huge headphones. He goes “Hey baby, how’d you get that cute ass? How’d your ass get so cute?” bursting my happy little bubble of just talking on the phone with an old friend while having a good coffee. I say back “please don’t harass people you don’t know.” He gets a block past me, yells “shut the fuck up!” and goes on his merry way. I wish people I didn’t know would not invade my personal space (whether it be physical OR my mental personal space) and then get mad when I don’t love the attention.

Seriously, it gets on my nerves. And kind of scares me because he got so angry so close to my stomping grounds.
