It’s Saturday morning around 11am. I am walking home from a friends house on 13th street heading towards U Street. Two men in a black van drive by me. As they do, they honk and start whistling and yelling out the window, “Hey blondie. Looking good. Can we have your number?”  Seriously? I can’t even enjoy a walk home on a beautiful Saturday morning without having to deal with this crap?
