Harassed in the Rain: “Make it Nice and Wet for Me!”

"This Behavior Needs to Stop"Location: Mt. Olivet Rd. NE & Trinidad Ave. NE, Washington, DC
Time: Evening Rush Hour (3:30pm-7:30pm)

I was getting ready to jog home from the corner store. As I left the store, a man opened the door for me so I thanked him for the kind gesture. It had just started to rain so I started my jog home. He shouted after me: “Uh huh make it nice and wet for me!”
