Street Harassed in Farragut North: “I didn’t ask for your opinion, thank you very much!”

Location: 1101 Connecticut Ave NW (Farragut North)
Time: Daytime (9:30am-3:30pm)

I went out to get some things from the CVS and on the way back a man stopped to tell me, “mmm so beautiful damn” — I didn’t ask your opinion, thank you very much. I had my camera phone on-the-ready though, because I had been harassed already once before today.
