4th of July stalking & sexual harassment

Kind of hard to enjoy the fireworks when you’re being sexually harassed…

Location: 14th and H Street NW (Penn Quarter)

Time: Daytime (9:30am-3:30pm)

Two men turned and followed me down the street (which was pretty busy with July 4th Activities) commenting on my boobs. This went on for a couple blocks. They only stopped when I purposefully walked towards some policemen.

  1. I am curious what happened to the July 11 entry by the woman who was called a “b—-”. It was an glaring case of harrassment. Why was the entry removed?

    • Hi Jeffrey, I wrote the post. We’re still editing/workshopping it on our end, but hopefully we’ll have it up soon. Thanks for commenting — I’m really happy to hear it was effective.
